Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

All orders placed with SKDIN are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Any additional or conflicting terms in buyer's purchase orders shall not apply unless expressly agreed to in writing by SKDIN.

2. Shipment & Delivery

• Unless otherwise agreed, all shipments are made F.O.B. point of shipment. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier at the shipping point.
• Shipping dates are approximate and contingent upon timely receipt of all necessary information.
• Risk of loss passes to buyer once goods leave our facility.

3. Pricing

• Prices are based on current material and production costs and are subject to change prior to delivery.
• Additional charges may apply for local delivery or special packaging.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be stated on the invoice and are subject to credit approval.
• SKDIN reserves the right to modify payment terms prior to shipment to ensure timely collection.

5. Taxes & Duties

Buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and related charges.

6. Security Interest & Default

SKDIN retains title to the goods until full payment is received. In the event of buyer's default, SKDIN reserves the right to reclaim the goods and pursue legal remedies.

7. Warranty

SKDIN warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery.

8. Force Majeure

SKDIN shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Strikes
• Transportation delays
• Government restrictions

9. Order Cancellation

Cancellation, modification of orders, or adjustment of delivery schedules requires written approval from SKDIN and may be subject to cancellation fees.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
