Return Policy Overview
At SKDIN, we stand behind the quality of our precision bearings and industrial components. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Our straightforward return process ensures minimal disruption to your operations.
All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and documentation intact. Custom and modified products may have different return terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of order.

Standard Returns
30 DaysReturn any standard product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refund processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.
Exchanges
Fast ReplacementNeed a different size or product? Exchange your item within 30 days. We'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return, or earlier with approved credit. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Defective Products
Extended CoverageFound a manufacturing defect? Report it immediately. Defective products are eligible for return or replacement beyond the standard 30-day window. We'll cover all shipping costs and expedite your replacement.
How to Initiate a Return
Request Return Authorization
Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Prepare Your Shipment
Pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label for defective items.
Ship the Product
Send the package using a trackable shipping method to our returns center. Keep your tracking number for reference. Typical transit time is 3-7 business days.
Inspection & Refund
Upon receipt, our quality team will inspect the product within 1-2 business days. Approved refunds are processed immediately and typically appear on your account within 5-7 business days.

- Product must be in original, unused condition with no signs of installation or wear
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
- Valid Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before shipping
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery date
- Product serial numbers must match original order records
Refund Processing & Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 1-2 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
